Diversity Dialogues: A GC Roundtable Conversation & Dinner about Diversity & Inclusion (FULLY BOOKED)

Diversity and inclusion are central to building a healthy and productive culture in any business. What is the role of the GC in leading on this cultural imperative? What can we learn from the D&I efforts of our peers in other organisations?

We invite you participate in Diversity Dialogues, a new global program designed to facilitate discussion and the sharing of best practices around D&I.

We will host a dinner for a small group of general counsel from a broad range of industries and backgrounds at The Ivy Asia, 20 New Change, London, EC4M 9AG.

The conversation will touch on D&I issues facing business leaders, including:

•     Designing and delivering a successful D&I Strategy
•     Securing buy-in from executive leadership around D&I and dealing with resistance
•     Working with outside counsel to align on these goals
•     Strategies to improve outside counsel D&I
