Overview (Program Summary)

There is never an ideal time to begin your continuous improvement journey, but the longer you wait, the wider the gap will be between where you want to be, and the reality of where you are.

This session, hosted by Gilbert + Tobin, will help you understand how to:

  • start your continuous improvement journey by identifying and determining your path (establishing your True North);

  • implement a framework for your continuous improvement journey;

  • determine how/where to focus your efforts and resources; and

  • leverage data and technology for efficiencies.

Please note that the link to access the webinar will be sent closer to the date of the event.
