Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC Central OhioJoin Littler attorneys and in-house counsel for a highly engaging and practical roundtable discussion. This interactive forum will allow for you and your colleagues to share how your businesses are handling certain legal challenges. Participants will be asked to collaborate and explore practical and out-of-the-box approaches to address complicated compliance issues. In addition, participants will explore challenges they have faced, sharing ideas and strategies that have proven successful.
Topics we expect to be discussed at this roundtable include:
- Remote work and legal implications from an employment law perspective
- An overview of the impact of the pandemic on the practice of law, what has changed
- What pre-pandemic practices do we want to resume
