The experience of the COVID-19 outbreak is a traumatic event. It can have short term to long lasting impacts on our mental health. This seminar addresses the importance of personal wellbeing during the pandemic and will highlight practical techniques we can apply as individuals to addressing how the trauma manifests in our lives. It encourages a practice of self awareness, using good resilience strategies, reaching out for support in our social networks and accessing help as needed.
This program contains 1 hour of Professionalism content and 30 minutes of Substantive content for the Law Society of Ontario's CPD requirements.
This event is open and free of charge only to in-house counsel who are practicing lawyers and are current members of a provincial law society; however, you must RSVP to attend. Please RSVP by no later than Thursday, June 10, 2021.
