Dear In-house Counsel:

This seminar addresses the importance of personal wellbeing during the pandemic and will highlight practical techniques we can apply as individuals to addressing how the trauma manifests in our lives. It encourages a practice of self awareness, using good resilience strategies, reaching out for support in our social networks and accessing help as needed.
