Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Charlotte

While litigation holds have been around for a long time, it wasn’t until 2003, following the Zubulake v. UBS Warburg LLC ruling that litigation holds came to the forefront. In her presentation, Tara will explain litigation holds from start to finish including: the criteria that should trigger a litigation hold, who should receive a hold notice and do’s and don’ts of the process ( proper language, compliance, documentation, etc.), as well as how to navigate lifting holds. Attendees will leave with an understanding of the litigation holds process and knowledge they can put into practice.
