ACC ColoradoAmong other significant impacts, the COVID-19 pandemic has altered the way companies investigate potential misconduct by their employees and imposed conditions that are likely to lead to a range of internal whistleblower complaints. This CLE will focus on how companies can effectively manage virtual internal investigations and respond to whistleblower allegations. Among other topics, we will cover best practices relating to scoping investigations, preserving and collecting documents and data, conducting interviews, and communicating with whistleblowers.”
