Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Charlotte

Your marketing team understands that brand reputation helps consumers make purchasing decisions. Logos, slogans, and designs are trademarks that are vital to capture customer attention and distinguish you from the competition. What’s best? Trademarks are relatively inexpensive to obtain, yet top-valued trademarks such as “GOOGLE” are worth billions of dollars by themselves. “What’s in your wallet?”

Your marketing department may not understand the nuances of selecting trademarks, especially in crowded markets. In this webinar, Bradley trademark partners Tim Capria and Matt DeAntonio will discuss how in-house lawyers can work with marketing and business units to complete due diligence before investing time and money in launching and promoting brands. “Can you hear me now?” We will provide practical tips for businesses operating in popular markets; including advice on selecting, promoting, and protecting marks; the impact of these decisions on litigation; and whether to manage this process internally or to engage outside counsel.

Brands are a critical asset. “You’re in good hands” with Bradley’s trademark team on May 4, 2021.
