Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC EuropeUntil the recent COVID-19 crisis and lockdowns, Work From Home (WFH) was a practice seemingly limited to industries such as IT/Technologies or professions.
Occasionally, one would hear about a few legal departments that have implemented a WFH policy and becoming believers of the benefits of such practice. Studies show convincingly that WFH provides the flexibility to stimulate employee productivity and morale, it also heightens the in-house legal department’s ability to attract and retain top talent.
Whilst a majority of general counsels were still sceptical of how WFH could work for their 'client oriented' legal departments, the worldwide pandemic has acted as a catalyst for substantial organizational and societal changes in the way in-house counsels work, interact and support their clients. WFH has become a matter of course and it requires in-house counsels to develop new soft skills.
This roundtable will discuss the legislation in Switzerland.
How do we navigate this 'new normal'? Join us on Thursday 9 July 2020, for a 90 min virtual roundtable to discuss:
