Where Were the Guardians: Lessons for In House Counsel from the Enron Collapse

About this Event

Butler Snow has planned a fascinating program for ACC TN in February!

The Enron collapse and bankruptcy was unprecedented in its size and scope. Phil Sisneros, who worked at—and left—Enron before its collapse will walk us through a straightforward explanation of what happened and why and lead a discussion of the contribution of the culture of the company and its role in the Enron failure. And, more importantly, will lead a discussion of how today’s In house counsel can guard against similar situations.
