ACC Southern California's Cyber Tabletop Exercises are back!
Your company may have a cyber incident response plan. But have you practiced using it?
ACC members had a taste of tabletop exercises in June 2020. By popular demand we're bringing them back - as a two-part workshop! Step into the shoes of an in-house incident response attorney responding to a data security incident. This presentation will walk through scenarios ranging from ransomware to attacks targeting employees working from home and learn with our panel of practitioners how to develop the ideal response. Further, this presentation will go beyond typical legal training by covering basic cybertech and business risk management.
Topics include: (i) analyzing a basic forensic report; (ii) escalation procedures for notifying the Board of Directors; (iii) drafting a simulated press release. As before, our presentation will directly respond to questions posed by you, our members, for an interactive experience. Come join us for this tabletop focused on meeting in-house counsel
