VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for Philly VIP's Non-profit Legal Assessment Clinic

What?

Legal assessment clinic for local nonprofits, preceded by a one-hour CLE on nonprofit law (includes 1 free CLE credit).  Each participating attorney will have the opportunity to provide post-clinic legal assistance to one participating nonprofit on
a discrete matter.

Why?

Nonprofits often confront legal issues that impact their ability to achieve their mission and lack the financial resources to hire an
attorney.

Who?

You!  Use your legal skills to help local nonprofit organizations identify and then address key legal issues (e.g., creating/updating bylaws, reviewing contracts, securing 501(c)(3) status).
