Overview (Program Summary)

Please join us for the second part of our two-part series focused on key topics under federal grants for in-house counsel and compliance officials. Please note that this is a standalone session and previous attendance of part one is not required. Our panel will provide both in-house and law firm the experience and perspective. The panel will address hot issues for federal grantees, including whistleblower protections, grants litigation, and teaming agreements.  

Speakers include:

Greg Jacobs is the Chair of Polsinelli’s Government Contracts Group. An experienced litigator, Greg leads trial teams in cases before the Boards of Contract Appeals and in state and federal courts. Greg also has extensive bid protest experience before the Government Accountability Office and Court of Federal Claims. In addition, Greg counsels government contractors and grantees on transactions, compliance matters, and mandatory and voluntary disclosures.  

Jonathan Rotter
 currently serves as a Senior Attorney for the Conservancy in which capacity he provides legal support to the Conservancy’s operations in the Caribbean as well as to the Conservancy’s climate change staff. Jonathan has been a member of the Virginia Bar since 1995. He grew up in South Carolina and attended Georgetown University and the College of Charleston as an undergraduate, completing a dual degree in Physics and Political Science. A member of the Virginia Bar, Jonathan earned his J.D. from the William & Mary School of Law.
