We will discuss key leave issues your company may face while managing this crisis.
We will discuss the FFCRA’s expansion of the Family and Medical Leave Act, state leave law expansions, the intersection of job-protected leaves with furloughs and layoffs, and state and local “sick and safe” leave act obligations, among other timely issues.
