Overview (Program Summary)
The pandemic has changed the labor market and the work environment in many ways. In just a few short months, the hiring landscape shifted from a candidate-driven market to one with high unemployment. Businesses are now focused on staying afloat, managing remote workers and maintaining staff morale while professionals are learning to adapt to the new normal. Still, companies are hiring. In this presentation, you’ll gain a better understanding of today’s legal employment landscape; how companies are adapting their recruitment and retention strategies, what positions and skills are most in demand, and the latest information on benefits and perks offered among employers.
