ACC National Capital RegionA significant area of concern for government contractors involves potential or actual Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI). OCIs can have serious ramifications for a contractor, including lost opportunities to compete for contracts and potential challenges to awarded contracts. An OCI may arise when a contractor has a role that could, or could appear to, present an unfair competitive advantage or bias the contractor’s judgment or influence a competitive procurement.
This program will cover recent decisions related to OCIs, mitigation strategies, and current trends in the industry.
