ACC AlabamaKary Wolfe, a partner in Jones Walker LLP’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, will discuss a variety of situations which could give rise to employee lawsuits related to the COVID-19 pandemic. You will learn how to recognize these situations in your workplace and best practices to avoid and defend against any such litigation.

Kary Bryant Wolfe
Kary Bryant Wolfe is a partner in Jones Walker LLP’s Labor & Employment Practice Group in Birmingham, AL.
Kary represents employers in the banking, fabrication and assembly, real estate development, mining, retail, government, and service industries in discrimination and retaliation cases, at trial and on appeal, including cases brought under Title VII, Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). She also has experience handling claims under the Alabama Workers' Compensation Act and the Federal Black Lung Act. Kary regularly provides day-to-day, practical employment advice, drafts and revises employment policies, performs compliance reviews, and provides employee training.
In addition to her employment law practice, Kary’s general litigation experience includes representing local and national companies in the areas of toxic torts, products liability, professional liability, premises liability, commercial contract disputes, and fraud.
