Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Georgia

One of the greatest responsibilities of a leader is to push the team towards better performance. The relationships within the team are essential in that aspect. An effective team will definitely outperform a disconnected collective, where people work individually.  The process of team building is nothing abstract, but it demands a great deal of effort on the part of the leader. There are many challenges that leaders have to overcome to create great teams.

Building Effective Teams is an amazing half-day of learning that helps you understand the problems that hurt productivity, and gives you tools for creating positive change. This course will guide you through creating the ground rules and structure needed to set your team up for success. The course offers frameworks to adjust team behaviors and get the best performance out of your people.

Course Benefits:

  • Learn about the characteristics of effective teams.
• Discover techniques to build strong teams.
• Gain insights on the best ways to work with virtual teams.

Looking for a way to boost your leadership skills and your career? Join ACC Georgia with Management Concepts for an informative and interactive workshop designed to help you understand and enhance your strategic thinking abilities.

With a small group, you will have the opportunity to see effective team building in action and a chance to practice it.

This Leadership Development Series program is complimentary for the first 35 ACC Georgia members who register on-line. Thereafter, ACC Georgia will maintain a waiting list for others who wish to attend in case of cancellations.
