Join us for an afternoon of Ethics CLE followed by a fascinating behind-the-scenes tour of Wawa's Test Kitchen and Innovation and Design Center.  There will also be an opportunity to participate in a Roundtable Discussion with attorneys from Wawa's Legal Team.  We will end the day with a Happy Hour.

  • 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. — Registration/Networking
  •  2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. — Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers presentation by Brian S. Quinn, Esq., Education and Outreach Coordinator, and Laurie Besden, Esq., Executive Director, LCL of Pennsylvania, Inc.  Brian will present on the services that LCL offers to lawyers and their family members as well as touch upon the problems facing lawyers that result in depression, stress, substance abuse and alcoholism.
  • 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. — Roundtable discussion with Wawa attorneys (25 minutes.)  Open discussion with attorneys from Wawa's Legal Team to discuss the legal issues that retailers, specifically Wawa, face in today's legal climate.  Tour of Wawa's Test Kitchen (25 minutes.)  This is where Wawa explores, creates and taste tests new menu items to be offered in Wawa stores.  Tour of Innovation and Design Center (25 minutes.)  The Innovation and Design Center is where Wawa teams create and test new store floor plans, equipment and prototypes.
  • 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. — Happy Hour

Upon arrival, you’ll enter Wawa's drive and head up the hill.  Please follow the signs to the left which will direct you to the main entrance and parking garage.  There are designated “visitor” parking spaces on the main level of the parking garage.  If the visitor spaces are full, please park in any available parking space in the garage.  After parking, please follow the signs to the main entrance and reception desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 48-hour's-notice required to chrisstewart@accglobal.com.  No-shows or those who do not cancel within the allotted time frame will be billed $100.
