Overview (Program Summary)

This Ethics CLE Webinar, Strategic, Practical, and Ethical Considerations in Evaluating, Investigating, and Addressing Workplace Misconduct Claims in the Time of #MeToo, BLM, and Rapid Cultural Change, sponsored by Jenner & Block, examines approaches to the assessment of workplace harassment claims after the inception of the #MeToo movement and potential considerations for investigations in the era of widespread Black Lives Matter activism, highlight ethical obligations including those under Rule 8.4(g). The presenters will bring the perspectives of an investigator, a litigator, and an in-house counsel, discussing practical and strategic considerations specific to conducting investigations, preparing for potential litigation, and managing internal constituencies in sensitive and complex matters.
