Be an Access to Justice Hero and help a local small business!

Small business owners often confront legal issues that impact their ability to be successful but lack the financial resources to hire an attorney.

Volunteer attorneys with corporate expertise will help microenterprises identify and then address key legal issues (e.g., choice of entity, reviewing contracts, updating employee handbooks, compliance with tax code).

Each participating attorney will have the opportunity to provide post-clinic legal assistance to a participating small business on a discrete matter.

This month's clinic is a featured event of Immigrant Business Week, presented by the City's Office of Immigrant Affairs.
