CANCELLED! ETHICS: Luddite Lawyers Beware: The Ethics of Technological “Competence”

Having a tech-savvy preteen around the house to help you navigate the world of social media and IT comes in handy, but not when it comes to your ethical obligations as an attorney. About 30 jurisdictions (and counting) have implemented specific rules of professional conduct requiring lawyers to be “competent” about technology.
