VOLUNTEERS NO LONGER NEEDED for Clinic in a Box Corporate Governance Program

Attention Northeast ACC Chapter Members: Use your business skills to provide pro bono while earning CLE credit!

AGENDA:

• 8:30 a.m. to 8:50 a.m. — Registration and Continental Breakfast
• 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. — Receive training on corporate governance issues relevant to nonprofits, with a focus on updating by-laws. Obtain CLE credit for the training portion of the clinic and receive training material in advance of the clinic.
• 10:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. — Meet with representatives of a nonprofit organization to review and revise their by-laws and provide guidance on related issues. Receive support from the attorney trainers, who will remain throughout the clinic.

Professional liability coverage is provided for all participating attorneys.
