A program hosted by:

ACC Northeast

Please join the Association of Corporate Counsel's Northeast Chapter and Locke Lord for this Ethics Program on April 3rd focusing on the unique and often tricky ethics challenges faced by in-house counsel today. Our presenters will lead a discussion on ethics issues affecting in-house counsel, including issues relating to confidentiality, privilege, mergers and acquisitions, social media, intragroup conflicts of interest, identification of the client, corporate "Miranda" warnings, and other pertinent issues. This interactive session, using multiple choice problems which will be reviewed and discussed, is pending approval for two CLE ethics credits. While this program is applicable to all in-house counsel, Rhode Island in-house counsel participants can expect to earn two CLE ethics credits just in time for the Rhode Island Bar, June 30 deadline.

A light dinner and drinks will be served.
