Audrey Mross, senior partner at Munck Wilson Mandala, will be presenting this topic.  As co-chair of the labor and employment group at MWM, Audrey monitors the ever-changing regulations in employment law at both the state and federal level to keep clients informed and protected. 

Audrey will share valuable insight from her experiences representing clients in matters involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and effectively guide human resource professionals in utilizing proactive measures to avoid litigation.
