ACC South/Central TexasPlease join us at our August CLE luncheon on August 14, 2019. Adam Charnes and Christin Jones of Kilpatrick Townsend will begin with an overview of the Supreme Court's 2018-2019 Term. They will then discuss the major cases decided by the Court during this term. They will conclude with a preview of the important cases on the Supreme Court's docket during its upcoming term beginning in October.
Feel free to invite individuals from your company who are not attorneys but may benefit from learning more about this subject!

Adam Charnes, Partner, Kilpatrick Townsend
Adam Charnes focuses his practice on appellate, constitutional, and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Charnes has extensive experience in cases pending in federal and state courts of appeals across the nation, including the United States Supreme Court. He also has been responsible for a broad range of business litigation matters, including contract, business torts, environmental, copyright, ERISA, and other commercial litigation. He regularly represents clients in constitutional litigation. Mr. Charnes is a fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.

Christin Jones, Partner, Kilpatrick Townsend
Christin Jones focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and appellate litigation matters. Ms. Jones also has extensive experience investigating and defending labor and employment claims and lawsuits, as well as ERISA/employee benefits disputes.
