CLE EXPRESS LUNCH - Integrating Analytics Into Fraud Investigations and Compliance

Using a number of case studies, this program will explore real-world instances of fraudulent behaviors and the forensic protocols and tools used to investigate and provide answers to critical questions surrounding the unlawful acts.  We will also delve into the recent updated guidance released by the Department of Justice in April 2019, titled Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs.  This discussion will focus on the Guidance from the perspective of forensic professionals including the implementation of monitoring applications.
