Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC EuropeAs new technologies emerge, there is an expectation for organisations to adapt and adopt new technological processes to remain competitive. Whilst in theory these technologies may be quick and simple to adopt, the reality can sometimes look different with departments across all functions, including legal, having to modify their existing thinking and working patterns.
In this exclusive event, keynote speaker Hilary Scarlett author of Neuroscience for Organizational Change (published 2016 & 2019) will discuss how applied neuroscience can support positive change in legal departments and the role it can play in supporting General Counsels in driving change.
Although neuroscience is still in its infancy, it is already providing significant insights into people, teams and organisations, as well as bringing to light what enables us to be focused, and how to learn and to perform at our best, especially during times of change and uncertainty.
Hilary will focus on how new technologies drive legal departments to modify their existing work patterns. And how those in charge of leading the transformation need to understand how the brain processes and responds to change.
We hope you can join us.
