Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Southern California

With domestic and international regulations quickly evolving, organizations face mounting pressure to adhere to these increasingly onerous laws and statutes. Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and the Association of Corporate Counsel Southern California cordially invite you to a panel discussion highlighting two of the most pressing areas of concern to companies in Southern California—the use of data and the status of U.S.-Asia trade relations. The panel will first explore the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other recent developments in data privacy policy, regulation and litigation, followed by an interactive discussion about the current and future landscape of trade relations in the Asia Pacific region.

A cocktail and networking reception will follow on the club’s outdoor patio. Please join us for an opportunity to hear from a diverse set of speakers and to network with colleagues and members of the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Complimentary valet parking will be provided.
