Please join us for a full-day conference that will address the key issues a new general counsel or small law department lawyer will face in their role. Learn to uncover and tackle challenges within a variety of subject areas so you can be successful within your department and your company.

The In-House Primer will provide in-house counsel an opportunity to attend five CLE programs and hear from subject matter experts regarding employment issues, IP pitfalls, insurance and risk management, and basic corporate governance principles. Learn what you need to know and when to call outside assistance.
