Bennett Jones LLP, in collaboration with the ACC Ontario Chapter, is pleased to sponsor this interactive discussion focused on what employers need to consider when establishing policies and processes around employee complaints and investigations, held at the Bennett Jones Toronto offices.
The rise of social media and activist sentiment have created increased risks to internal and external reputation and brand value. How companies draft and communicate policies around workplace behavior, and respond to complaints, can have a significant impact - positive or negative - on their reputation.
In this session, speakers will discuss recent trends and legal developments impacting workplace policies, and share best practices for navigating this increasingly complex and sensitive area of employee and employer relations.
The panel, moderated by Randi Rahamim, Managing Director, Teneo, will include:
- Carl Cunningham, Partner, Bennett Jones LLP
- Sara G. Parchello, Partner, Bennett Jones LLP
- Lori Sterling, Senior Counsel, Bennett Jones LLP
- Wendy Kelley, Principal, Kelley Law
