Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Northeast

A lawyer's fundamental ethical duty is to provide competent representation to his or her clients. In today's digital age, the practice of law requires the use of technology and technology competence is now an ethical obligation. What does that mean for in-house counsel?  To ensure technology competence, does the in-house counsel skill set need to evolve with technology?

Please join ACC Northeast for this 2 hour Ethics Program*. Our panel of experts will discuss the concept of technological competence and explore our ethical obligations under the Rules of Professional Conduct.  This program is for any in-house member or their in-house guest.

Preceding the two-hour ethics program, we will enjoy snacks & drinks at this popular Brewery!   There is no charge for this program for all in-house practitioners.

 *CLE Certificates will be offered.
