Our specialists Astrid Wagner, Partner in the IP, Communication & Technology practice of Arendt & Medernach SA and Bénédicte d’Allard, Manager at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting SA, will briefly describe the main principles applicable under the GDPR and report on statistics from, and controls by, the CNPD before outlining the elements which in their clients‘ experience have proven to be particularly challenging since the entry into force of the GDPR such as:

They will conclude by giving practical recommendations for successful implementation and monitoring of data protection rules.
