GC/CLO Lunch Club

Chapter GCs and CLOs are cordially invited to join us for our first discussion of 2019.  General Counsel, Cheryl Maddox, of Public Financial Management, Inc. will lead a discussion entitled What’s in your M&A Tool Kit?  which focuses on the role of the GC/CLO in navigating through a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of a business, from identification of a target (buyer or seller) through due diligence, integration and/or dissolution.

There is no charge for GC/CLO chapter members to attend this luncheon, but pre-registration is required. $50 for Non-member GCs/CLOs.
