ACC National Capital RegionThis program will address the continuing changing legal landscape following the #MeToo movement and employer best practices for addressing sexual harassment in the workplace. Specifically, the panel will discuss new developments in local and state laws and lessons learned from publicly known investigations of executives and employees from several well known companies, as well as non-public investigations for numerous other case studies. Practical tips and guidance will be discussed in updating employer policies and procedures.
