It is no surprise that the majority of legal disputes relate to hiring and firing. Not only is this where the action lies for in-house counsel, bringing in new talent and terminating difficult employees absorbs an inordinate amount of human resources’ time and managers’ attention.
Our two session program will teach you strategies for making effective hiring and firing decisions. You will learn how to spot and assess potential legal risks while maintaining necessary documentation that supports termination decisions.
