Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Charlotte

Today, legal departments are charged with more responsibilities across the organization, but legal budgets aren’t increasing. Larger legal departments are utilizing legal operations professionals to assist with streamlining processes and outside legal spend, as well as monitor diversity and inclusion (D&I) efforts. As general counsels are demanding more diversity by their law firms and their own legal departments, measuring diversity and inclusion efforts is becoming an even higher priority.

How are in-house departments measuring and tracking diversity efforts by their legal counsel? Is it through:

  • tracking diverse timekeepers?
  • hosting programs to raise awareness and discussion around diversity?
  • hiring law firms with the Mansfield Rule Certification?

Join us for a session with legal operations leaders who can share how they are approaching and measuring D&I effort.
