A program hosted by:
ACC National Capital RegionThis program will address changes in the legal and business environments where the population, workforces, and customers are rapidly becoming more diverse. The panel will discuss developing legal risks created by social media and nationwide movements such as Black Lives Matter and #MeToo, and the actions companies are taking to establish and expand effective diversity and inclusion programs that not only mitigate legal risks, but help create competitive advantages. Practical tips and guidance will be provided on tailoring programs to the concerns, objectives, and resources of individual companies.
The panel will be moderated by Weldon H. Latham, Chair of the Jackson Lewis Corporate Diversity Counseling Group, and will include:
