As many expected the Trump Administration to dial back federal regulatory guidance and enforcement, states and municipalities have taken up the slack and are running with it. The speakers will serve as your tour guide through a maze of new state regulations, including sexual harassment training, leave laws, paid sick leave regulations, breastfeeding breaks, marijuana laws, LGBT rights, employee off-duty behavior laws, employee privacy, and more!
