Addressing Employee Off-Duty Conduct

With the legalization of marijuana under state law and the current legislative environment, employers are facing new challenges as to whether and how to address their employees’ off-duty conduct.  This can include whether to drug test for marijuana, the use of alcohol, the rise of social media, and criminal conduct.
