ACC STL - Professional Development Program

This Emotional Intelligence Program will introduce the participants to the importance of Emotional Intelligence as the X-Factor that separates:

    - those who are successful at managing their emotional energy and navigating through life
     vs.
     - those find themselves in emotional wreckage, derailed and sometimes even disqualified from the path to success.

Participants will use an Emotional Intelligence instrument to get a basic understanding of their own Emotional Intelligence and will use several exercises to stress the importance of E.I. in their lives.
