Overview (Program Summary)

This session will feature a panel of government contract experts to discuss price reasonableness and cost realism and how those issues impact the manner in which the government will evaluate your proposal.  In addition, the panel will discuss, how best to assure that costs are not disallowed and strategies for recovering costs if contract performance issues arise following an award. We will provide practical takeaways regarding pricing and cost issues that arise during bid formation and discuss the issues that contractors face when trying to recover costs from their government customers.
