Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC National Capital RegionBrexit was scheduled to occur at 11 pm on 29 March 2019. The date was altered to 12 April, and then to 31 October, or earlier if the UK government can secure ratification of its proposed Withdrawal Agreement. Ratification would secure a transition period up to 31 December 2020. From there, however, the final shape and effects of Brexit remain uncertain. For businesses and their legal advisors, Brexit resilience and Brexit readiness mean dealing with uncertainty.
At this program, experts from WBD UK will explore with attendees both the legal and organizational challenges that Brexit presents to transatlantic businesses, including immigration aspects of Brexit, and some key areas of opportunity for those who adapt.
Following the program join us on the rooftop of a cocktail reception.
Speakers
