In the ongoing battle for legal departments to accomplish more with less, Alternative Fee Arrangements are an effective, weapon in your arsenal. Their success, however, depends on crafting an arrangement where the benefit is mutual, providing value and certainty to both clients and their external counsel. This interactive session aims to de-mystify and differentiate various AFA options and equip you with the practical tips and necessary tools to design AFA's for mutual success.

Topics covered will include:

  • How to pick the right AFA for your business - one size does not fit all
  • Rolling up your sleeves: The effort required to develop an effective AFA
  • Getting the most from your AFA partnership


This program will qualify for 15 minutes Substantive CPD Credit and 45 minutes Professionalism CPD Credit.
