Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and the ACC Ontario Chapter invite you to attend an important discussion on being aptly prepared for today's workplace in the areas of employment and workplace privacy law, held at the Blakes offices deep in the heart of Toronto's financial district.

During the first part of this program, our panelists will discuss key developments in employment and workplace law of interest to in-house counsel. The second part of the program will involve an interactive discussion of various fact scenarios, with the goal of putting the prior discussion into practice.

Throughout the discussion, topics covered will include:

  • harassment complaints
  • pay transparency
  • workplace monitoring
  • employee data breaches


This program will qualify for up to 1.5 hours of Substantive CPD Credit.

This event is open and free of charge to in-house counsel but you must RSVP to attend. Please RSVP for this event by no later than Monday, September 17, 2018. Space is limited and no walk-ins will be permitted.
