Overview

One of the challenges of responding to a cybersecurity incident is that many corporate stakeholders are actively involved and all need to be on the same page. Having a breach response plan is a great start, but it's critical for the plan to be tested to avoid missteps when the inevitable happens.

 

Tabletop exercises provide a no-risk way to get everyone aligned and able to execute their responsibilities as a high-performing team, from the C-level and the Board to the first responders. 

Join CRA as we lead a discussion on how to design a simulation, identify key stakeholders, and offer strategies to identify and practice key features that often can present real-world challenges.
