Brad Levy concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate law. Brad represents private investment companies, developers, REITs and financial institutions in a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions. His practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage and mezzanine financing, construction financing, loan originations and workouts across a range of asset classes, including office, hotel, retail, senior housing and multifamily.

 Katie Hausfeld is an Associate in DLA Piper’s Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations Practice. Katie focuses her practice on corporate investigations and compliance, white-collar criminal matters and complex civil litigation. She regularly advises both US and multinational companies in connection with investigations and enforcement actions conducted by the US Department of Justice, the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and other enforcement agencies. She also assists her clients in designing and implementing risk-based compliance programs that meet the ever-evolving expectations of regulatory and enforcement agencies, including compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption regulations. These enterprise-wide programs include conducting risk assessments, drafting codes of conduct and ethics, drafting corporate policies and creating and implementing training programs. In addition, Katie performs anti-corruption compliance due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactions. Katie is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

Steve Reynolds is an Of Counsel in DLA Piper’s Intellectual Property and Technology and Patent Litigation Practice Group. Steve is a trial attorney with significant courtroom experience. He develops strategic approaches to high stakes litigation as well as to protecting intellectual property. Steve handles a broad range of commercial litigation matters—from pleadings through trial and appeals—with a focus on intellectual property law in the areas of patent, trademark and unfair competition, and copyright law. Steve represents clients in automotive device, integrated circuit and signal processing, navigation, mobile and wireless communications, networking, power electronics, recycling and sustainability, medical device and other chemical, mechanical, electrical and computer technology. He also represents clients in the entertainment and publishing industries.
