Employees have ubiquitous access to technology and Software as a Service (SaaS) applications tailored to specific needs. They’re using these applications to exchange data and files, collaborate, schedule time, and document meeting minutes. When negotiating SaaS contracts, it is important to consider security terminology, uptime service level agreement, privacy, or data protection provisions favorable to your company or its data. In this panel, we’ll discuss best practices for SaaS contract negotiations, and will explore the pros and cons from both sides of the table.
