The Corporate and Securities Practice Group offers in-house counsel a series of programs that responds to members' expressed interests- developments in corporate governance, having the right M&A "toolkit", improving contract drafting & negotiation skills, participating in securities law roundtable discussions, learning about broker-dealer regulations, and discussing Dodd Frank and other issues identified in member surveys. To this end, the Corporate and Securities Practice Group hosts events on such topics. As is the case with other ACC-NYC Practice Groups, we integrate senior in-house counsel into our substantive presentations, and we welcome your participation and input.
