ACC and Empight International, LLC present the 2020 Law Department Compensation Report: Policies & Practices. The global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is having a dramatic effect in the workplace with telework being the new norm and economic uncertainty weighing heavily on planning and decision-making regarding staffing and spending. The legal department is no exception.

Based on data from 608 organizations in five countries, this report sheds light on legal departments' staffing and spending practices, budget trends and forecasts, and other human resources and compensation policies.
