  • About the Event

ACC Legal Operations helps legal departments advance their operations by supporting this critical business function through knowledge-sharing, resources, and opportunities to collaborate. Members of this network developed the ACC Legal Operations Maturity Model, and partnered with Consilio and others in the legal ecosystem to develop a collection of tools to help our members progress through the stages of maturity.

    About the Programme

We are convening a community of in-house leaders across Europe for on-going series of educational programming and virtual roundtables to support advancement of operational sophistication and innovation in legal services.  ACC Legal Operations and Consilio are excited to announce our inaugural in-person Legal Operations event, ‘Accelerate Innovation’ on 15 October 2019 in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). This conference leverages the ACC Legal Operations Maturity Model framework to learn through peer discussion and benchmarking about how to accelerate innovation. The one-day event will include educational sessions led by notable industry leaders and peers, as well as a networking reception the evening before.

    Who should attend?

    • In-house counsel and legal operations professionals in law departments of small, medium, and large companies
    • All industries and levels of legal operations experience welcome.

    Why should you attend?

Whether you are facing mounting pressures to demonstrate the value of your legal team, meet increasing complex regulatory pressures, or simply wish to free up valuable staff time for more important activities, this ‘Accelerate Innovation’ event brings together robust group of individuals to advance your Legal Operations journey.

This event seeks to move everyone up the ladder of this emerging profession, from those starting out to those who are more experienced. We encourage attendees to share their experiences and best practices with one another to create a peer-rich learning environment.
